All goods will be dispatched as soon as possible (usually the Monday following your order) using Royal Mail 1st Class postal service and arrive in line with the Royal Mail specified time frame. While we do everything possible to minimize the chances of it occurring, Bwlford Welsh Cakes accept no responsibility for damages to the cakes during transit.

All goods include VAT at the current rate where applicable.

Bwlford Welshcakes are non-returnable.

Bwlford Welshcakes total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Bwlford Welshcakes to the customer.

Every care has been taken to describe and show the goods accurately. Variations may occur in both design and specification as we improve our products.

Please note pictures are for general illustration only and the product may vary from that shown.

The customer’s statuary rights are not affected by any statement contained in these Terms and Conditions.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that a Bwlford Welshcakes product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Bwlford Smallholding reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Bwlford Smallholding reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment made. If you have been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Bwlford Smallholding shall issue a refund to your Paypal account in the amount of the original price paid.

TERM; TERMINATION

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Bwlford Welshcakes without notice at any time, for any reason.
